Mission
The Communications Committee of the DRC (Detroit Regional Chapter of the U.S. Green
Building Council) is committed to support the collective mission statements of the USGBC
(national) and DRC (local). We shall fundamentally assist the Chapter to communicate
and deliver it's basic goals and content to the public. We shall also support other
chapter committees in their initiatives with relevant products, content, and
communications.
Aim
Our aim is to uphold our mission statement by employing multi-media practices,
products, and content in a clear and consistent manner which upholds the brand image
and values of the USGBC and DRC respectively. We shall clearly identify all deliverables
that the committee shall be responsible for, and will implement a criteria system and to
evaluate the value, effectiveness of each deliverable, while constantly striving toward
innovative methods to improve our service to the DRC.
